Bordered by Acadia National Park, we are ideally located a short distance from historic downtown Bar Harbor, whale watching, deep sea fishing boats, scenic daytime and sunset cruises, puffin and dolphin cruises, kayaking, sailing, canoeing, biking, rock climbing, picnicking, and walks along ocean beaches and lakes.

of carriage roads built by John D. Rockefeller, Kebo
Valley Golf Club, and the summit of Cadillac
Mountain, the tallest on the Eastern seaboard and the first place in
the Continental USA where the sun can be seen to rise.In town, there is an Art Deco theater, quaint craft, art, antique and gift shops. The waterfront is active with frequent cruise ships (including the Queen Mary and the Queen Victoria). Other events include concerts for music lovers, an International Music Festival, art and craft fairs, Museums, 4th of July celebration, and a wide variety of restaurants.
